“Four weeks into the twelve week program..and I am feeling much lighter already! I have always disliked water and had a hard time drinking enough. Now, incorporating it everyday (since I have to log it) has become second nature. What I love about this program is that you are accountable because you have to log your water intake, activity, steps, etc and you have a weekly opportunity to "check in" or touch base on the things that are going well and the things that aren't to keep you motivated. Consistently logging progress, forming new habits, and being held accountable are keys to weight-loss success. I also love that new habits (such as drinking water and walking)were introduced slowly rather than all at once ..ultimately keeping you feeling encouraged rather
